Returns & Refunds
If you are requiring a refund on your purchase please contact us with your order number and details of why you are requesting a return or refund.
If you have received your delivery, but you wish to return it. Please contact us via our contact page with full details as to why you wish to return your delivery.
We hope there will never be a problem with your delivery, but should a case occur that we need your delivery back for inspection and investigation, we will advise appropriately.
If you have not yet received your delivery and would like a refund. Please contact us via our contact page with full details as to why you are requesting a refund. At least 24 hours notice is required before the delivery date.
For subscription orders, two weeks notice is required to cancel a subscription. Therefor refunds cannot be made for payments taken within the following two weeks after your cancelation notification.
If there is a problem with the consumption of your products, please take photographic evidence and contact us immediately. Any issues after the 3rd day after delivery cannot be investigated.
